III Betancourt International Engineering Forum is organized by the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, on December 2-3, 2021.

The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Federal Rail Transport Agency, JSC Russian Railways.

This year, the Forum is going to cover issues related to transport education, innovations in transport, engineering entrepreneurship.

The Forum aims to unite everyone who understands the importance of engineering creativity and the need to form a global unified engineering educational space.

On December 2, a plenary session «Engineering Education in Economics 4.0: Trends and Prospects» is planned.

Round tables will be held on December 3:

• Transport ecosystem: architecture of digital transformation
• Transport engineering as a driver of innovation
• Development of transport infrastructure facilities in the Arctic zone of Russia
• Transport and technological systems for Industry 4.0
• Role of transport and logistics in e-commerce
• Battle of scientific and educational ecosystems in economy 4.0

Heads, professors, employees, students of universities, scientific and industrial organizations, business representatives are invited to participate in the Forum.

Following the results of the Forum, collected works will be published indexed in the SCOPUS database.
