Admission of foreign citizens

Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University (PGUPS) is the first transport institute of higher education in Russia. In 211 years more than 140 000 highly qualified specialists in the fields of transport, industry, economics, information technology, and psychology have graduated from our University. Among PGUPS alumni are ministers of railways, politicians, heads of the largest transport, construction, industrial enterprises, famous scientists, inventors, engineers.

This year, the PGUPS admission campaign is conducted online. All documents are submitted through the Internet. You don’t have to send documents by mail or bring them to the University. The originals of the documents should be submitted within the academic year.
